Compass Offices is a leading provider of flexible workspace, we offer serviced offices, day offices, hot desks, co-working space, and meeting rooms. We also provide business services, such as virtual office with packages that include business address, dedicated phone line, call answering, mail forwarding, and comprehensive secretarial services to support your business beyond just an office space.

Where are your locations?
Compass Offices business centres are located in 9 major cities in the Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Melbourne, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, Tokyo, and Ho Chi Minh City.

What is your business hours?
Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 6:00PM, except public holidays.

What are your payment methods?
We accept bank transfers and all major credit cards. Please reach our local team or your account manager for bank details.
 

FAQs on Serviced Offices

What is a serviced office?
Compass Offices’ serviced offices provides private and fully furnished office space with reception service and utilities. You will have 24-hour access to your office unit with secured access card. Centre facilities such as business lounge, breakout area, meeting rooms, pantry, printer, scanner, and copiers are also available to you, along with free amenities including coffee, tea, water, reception services, call forwarding, mail and package handling, and more.

Where can I locate the pricing information on your website?
Pricing will be determined by the office size, agreement terms, with possible value-added services. Simply contact us for a quotation based on your requirement.

What will be the process to rent an office space at Compass Offices?
You can quickly and easily start working at Compass Offices. First, contact us and schedule a centre visit, then get a quotation based on your requirements. You can move in on the same day of the agreement signing given the availability of the selected office space. 

What’s the difference between serviced offices and a co-working space?
Compass Offices’ serviced offices are private office units that caters for 1-200+ desks that comes fully furnished with customisable options and fit outs; a co-working space is located in a shared open workspace.

Can I move my existing phone line to your centre?
If you have an existing number you wish to move to our centre, our IT team can arrange the setup for you. Alternatively, you can forward your existing number to the phone number we will provide you with.

Can I have a dedicated IP address?
We offer extensive IT support and infrastructure services to our clients, you can contact us to subscribe a dedicated IP address. Speak to your account manager for details.

What facilities do you have in your centres?
We provide amenities to support our clients’ daily business needs including printer, scanner, copier, fax and more. You’ll also find a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a selection of teas and drinking water at the pantry available to you at any time.

Can I setup my own printer in my office?
Yes, you can bring your own printer to your office.

Is there any air-conditioning in the office units?
We have centralised air-conditioning during office hours. However, individual building managements may have different operating hours for air-conditioning during non-office hours. Ask us about the air-conditioning hours in specific centre locations.

Do I have to subscribe for electricity?
We take care of all your utilities. Necessities such as electricity and water services are covered by Compass Offices.

Do you provide server rack?
Yes, we do provide server rack for our clients; do contact us to get a quote based on your server specification.

How long does it take to move in to my office?
All vacant offices are ready for move-in, you may check the availability in a specific city by calling our service hotline above.

Do I have 24 hours access to my office?
Yes. From the minute you move in, we provide you with a starter kit that includes an access card for anytime entry, and all the information you need for your stay.

What are the options I have on agreement terms?
Our terms start from one month to help clients to stay flexible.

What are the payment terms?
We provide monthly billing to all clients, except for special request(s).

Do I need to pay deposit?
Deposit applies to office and value-added services, contact us for specific rates in different cities.

Can I request a site visit to check out your office fit-outs and facilities?
You are welcome to schedule a viewing with us and our centre team will show you around the available office units, business lounge, meeting rooms and all the facilities we offer. Reach out to us and our local team will respond to you in 24 hours.

What are the services that are included if I sign up for a workspace?
Compass Offices provides a great place to work, from the moment you join us! You can enjoy all the amenities and perks we have ready for you.

Beyond your private office space, our reception is at your service during business hours for all your calls, mails, and meeting room booking managements. Our business lounge is there for you to hold casual meetings, or unwind with free flow of tea or coffee. High speed Wi-Fi is complimentary at all our centres to help you stay connected. From time to time, Compass Offices runs workshops and networking events that revolve around business insights, industry trends, professional development, and workplace wellness, and all our clients are welcomed to join.

Is there any free trial?
We do not provide free trials at the moment. You are welcome to schedule a centre visit with us to see the facilities in our individual centre and speak to our team with regards to your expectations. Our contract term starts at 1 month to help our clients to stay flexible; you can start with a short-term commitment and decide on your next renewal.

How does the offices look like? How can I get a floorplan of the office?
All of our serviced offices come fully furnished in a quality fit out, you can browse our website for office and centre photos, or contact our regional hotline above for further details. (Business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, except public holidays).

How do I find out the office availability at your centres?
Office availability varies; find out the latest details by contacting us at our service hotline.

Can I use the centre address for company registration?
Yes, you can use the address to register your business. However, there are exceptions for certain types of licenses, such as the SFC asset management license that has to comply with special requirements. Contact us to find out more.

Can I switch to a bigger or smaller office during my agreement period?
We offer flexible workspace solution to meet our clients’ needs. Reach out to your account manager about your plan and Compass Offices will arrange the next best office unit for you.

Do you provide business registration services?
We work with Marbury Professional Services to provide company formation, taxation, payroll, and visa application services to our clients. Learn more on our special referral offer.

What kind of documents do I need to sign up for an office space?
To register for an office with a business entity, you’ll need to submit relevant business registration / company incorporation documents, please refer to the list below for basic requirements, additional items may be required for varies cases.
